Populer IT & Publishing was established in Istanbul in 2000 aiming to serve projects which will help society to improve by using the popular communication tools in the new millennium. Completed many projects in the last 10 years and served solutions over 20,000 end-users or institutions.


Populer has especially focused on domain name registration, web hosting and dedicated server solutions as well as web projects and bulk SMS solutions. By generating internet based software applications, completed projects both for governmental institutions and for commercial companies, media companies and educational institutions.

Until 2000, Populer mostly acted as a service provider in the industry. In the new decade, Populer decided to enter and act powerful in the social media, online media and e-commerce projects.
